Literally the best ice cream sandwich in the world. didn't think it was going to be possible to cut that smores cookie in half and put ice cream in it, but somehow it got done. so awesome.
I think there is little to much salt in the cookie otherwise they are good.
I first found this place in Loveland when I was doing my clinical at the hospital in Greeley. I feel in love with her s'more cookie. About a month ago I was in Seattle and went to a cookie shop that had a smaller version of the s'more cookie, but was no where near the same as Mary's Mountain Cookies. I'm sad that I can't go in on a regular bases, but so happy that they ship, now that I'm in Oregon. Portland, Oregon would be a great place to open one of your shops!

These cookies are beyond amazing! Literally the best cookies I've ever had, and let me tell you...I've had more than my share of cookies and bake a lot myself! I don't know what kind of magic they use to bake their cookies but it's phenomenal!
I had a cookie designed today for my birthday with Deadpool on it. It looks amazing! It is one of the best birthday deserts I have had in my 30 years. We amazing as it looks, it tastes better. Thank you so much for making my special for me.
