Best staff!!! Competent knowledgeable and they show up! Im in healthcare and the staff from OT, PT, nurses, Home health aides are best of any agency in last 5 yrs!

My father came home from the hospital with a wound down his entire forearm. The bandage was suppose to be changed every 3 days. We had to constantly call the office and ask where the nurse was. No one showed up every 3 days. It would be more like 5 days. Everytime I called the office they said they don't schedule the appointments. Each person was an independent contractor. I wish I could say our experience with Mary's Help was a good thing, but it really wasn't. The first nurse from them came to change the dressing on a midline catheter and managed to pull it out, requiring us to go to the ER to have it replaced. They came a few days later to draw blood and were incredibly haphazard, rushed, and didn't sanitize properly, on top of being late and non communicative. If I could give this home health service zero stars I would. My father is in chemo treatment and requires at least weekly visits to change his bandages along with his stoma equipment. We have had to call every few days to make sure someone is coming and they regularly forget to provide supplies for his stoma. His bandages became infected as no one came one week to assist with changing them and I leave in another state and I have to call to see the status of his weekly appointment. Please avoid this agency, they are disorganize, lax in providing care timely, and the nursing care missed two severe infections in my relative. We changed home care agencies in the middle of my relatives rehabilitation because of her deteriorating status this agency failed to recognize and address. My relative is now thriving with another agency.
