Had a terrible experience today going to this salon. I booked and confirm my reservation. When I got there. The person that book didn’t communicated with the stylist and the stylist was not able to do my hair. That was extremely inconvenient and I would not recommend them. I’m sorry. But their service sucks
My husband went in for a long over due cut. He asked for a 2" cut clean up. His hair was 4+ inches long at the neck & 3" all around. An inexperienced, unprofessional amateur male butchered his hair. At every move this guy made he would asks, " do you want this cut? Do you want that cut?" In frustration my husband asked for someone else to finish. He walked out with horriblely over cut butchered hair. They cut off more than he asked & left the back almost to the skin & an ugly bowl like cut in front. This guy's license should... read more
