I was just on the website looking at a Valentines arrangement. It said "to order, please give us a call". I call, couldn't understand a word they were saying and all they kept saying is WEBSITE WEBSITE WEBSITE. Totally unprofessional . You guys just lost business, good job.
Beautiful flowers and great customer service. I accidentally placed 2 orders and they called to confirm and refunded right away. Arrangements were bigger and so much more beautiful than I expected! Thank you!
Incredibly rude over the phone and very aggressive when claiming we didn’t answer the phone even though we received no calls. Terrible experience and felt threatened, intimidated and yelled at for doing absolutely nothing wrong and after having paid the entire order and not having yet received the flowers. It ruined my day.
Thank you for making my grandmother's flower arrangement so beautiful for her funeral. The standing heart wreath, the coffin spray arrangement and huge flower bouquet WERE SO GORGEOUS 😍. I went into flower shop in person and owner took the time to put in my order. Everyone in my family absolutely LOVE THEM❤️. Thank You So Much!
