Absolutely amazing experience - have been to over 8 bridal salons, and this was by far the best experience! Mary took the time to ask detailed questions about how I wanted to look and feel like...She nailed it! Thank you, Mary,for making me feel like a beautiful bride!

I was very frustrated when I called to ask several questions, the girl knew nothing. Then the owner called me back and refused to answer anything, just kept pushing me to make an appointment. Maybe I would've if you simply answered my question about when you were receiving a sample of the dress I'm searching for.

If I could go to a zero I would . Terrible service !!! But carol was a great consultant !!! Mary was rude and obnoxious !!! My sister wanted to try and dress on but refused and gave it to another person and made her take the dress off she was wearing so that the other girl could put it on. Not happy at all.
Just heard from a very good friend of mine she had the worst experience there because she is unable the to afford something she was rushed out of a dress by the owner MARY so someone else could try it on. Nasty customer service sounds like to me!!!!!

The hospitality here was amazing! There was no pressure at all and I felt like my fitter was like my friend and helping me though the whole thing. We settled on a dress made by Mary herself and I love it. I'm so happy I went to Mary's!
