I called Mary's Boutique almost 2 weeks ago to see about having my daughter's prom dress custom made. Mary answered the phone and right as we were getting ready to schedule our appointment, I was placed on hold for over 15 mins. I called back thinking she may have forgotten about me...a different lady picked up and I was placed on hold again for almost 10 minutes.
