Unfortunately my review is based largely upon our experience with our consultant Natasha. She was all smiles and pleasant enough until it became apparent that we were not purchasing the gown immediately. She insulted my niece and Cameo where my niece purchased her gown. She was extremely rude when I simply asked where the restroom was. So rude in fact, that I was shocked and thought I heard her wrong. What an amazing experience! Professional and calming. Mary is lovely and has an incredible eye for detail to make anyone look amazing. Mary asked all the right questions and knew exactly what I was looking for on my special dress.
Had a wonderful experience wedding dress shopping for my daughter. Natasha is amazing and I highly recommend anyone ask for her. My daughter found the perfect dress!!
Mary's is the most personal and perfect setting. Dorothy was my consultant for both prom shopping in 2012 and now for my wedding dress. Mary herself came to help with the wedding gown as it was a custom dress from her. I love this store and encourage everyone to come here! Great experience!
Very one-on-one experience! Had the whole place to ourselves to look around. It was great! They helped the bride get dressed and got her all the accessories to make her feel like a princess. Wonderful place with wonderful people who really care!
Amazing staff, beautiful dresses...and she Said Yes to Her dress.
Pushy, insulting, sales staff. Wouldn't let me browse to look for my dress. Was rude and I was told I couldn't try certain things on. They were rude to my family and I was made to feel like I was just wasting their time the entire time I was there. Was hovered over to give a 5 star review to enter some "contest".
