Made what should have been a wonderful senior prom experience into an absolutely horrific experience in customer service from the owner herself. The sales associate that helped us was wonderful but the rudeness, ignorant comments, and behavior by the owner far outweighed any good experience. Between myself and my family we had spent close to 10k on wedding dresses and mother's dresses in the past and I was looking forward to this experience with my daughter.
