They did the best they could with my hair because it is short due to doing the big chop. The outcome is decent. The only thing is they pulled at my edges a little too much so my hair is thinning in the front. Also, after my hair was finished they started to cut the hair that was sticking up which was a lot of it because my hair is already short. I did not agree to my hair being cut so now when I get braids again, whoever braids my hair will have difficulty gripping it because it is now uneven On top of being already short…
Horrible atmosphere and very snarky attitude from the owner I will not be going back they over book and will let you sit in the chair while working on someone else’s hair and I have thick hair and they made a big deal about my hair and did not offer a consultation I am a professional hairdresser trying to treat myself I would never recommend this place
Over the phone Mary told me $170 for medium box braids if they provided the hair . After my hair was finished they changed the price to $190 saying the length was long but didn’t even finish the braids closer to the ends a lot of left over hair towards the bottoms . Used the nappiest hair in the shop not even decent hair. When I told them it was hurting they would say ok but never loosened up the the grip, I’ll be bald around my edges . Will not be back
The employees are really kind and they were gentle
Im from St. Louis, and the quality work these people do is trash. They dont have consistent pricing. I was told $150 over the phone, get there she said extra $50 for length. Cool. I have Senegalese twist , They didn’t use any gel/ molding product. When they finished they didn’t apply mousse, nor oil sheen didn’t trim, didn’t dip when finished. My twist are all different sizes i would not recommend. Its like the whole shop is practicing…. I want my money back my hair is a mess. $320 for this would b highway robbery
