On Saturday the 13 of June I went to have my hair braided. It was a late Mother’s Day gift and I was beyond excited. When I arrived they had no idea I had an appointment, I was gonna leave but she said someone would be there. My appointment was 9:30 am- 10:30am is when they started. They did the best they could with my hair because it is short due to doing the big chop. The outcome is decent. The only thing is they pulled at my edges a little too much so my hair is thinning in the front. Also, after my hair was finished they started to cut the hair that was sticking up which was a lot of it because my hair is already short. I did not agree to my hair being cut so now when I get braids again, whoever braids my hair will have difficulty gripping it because it is now uneven On top of being already short…

Horrible atmosphere and very snarky attitude from the owner I will not be going back they over book and will let you sit in the chair while working on someone else’s hair and I have thick hair and they made a big deal about my hair and did not offer a consultation I am a professional hairdresser trying to treat myself I would never recommend this place
