The service is terrible in every way. Utilities are increasing every month. The apartment doesn't have meters for each room, but they take the bill for the whole building and divide it by each room without us knowing the real cost. There are only 3 of us in my room but the bill is increasing by 400+ per month which is very expensive. They are not professional. They can't ask for help. Their packages keep getting lost and they don't care and they don't turn on the security cameras. Run away. I'm praying that my 1 year contrac... read more
