I just don’t know where to start. I was hired as a contractor in the salon. There are a few department heads who are awesome just to point that out first. I enjoy working with seniors and have for 10 years caring for them. It’s in my opinion, the staff morale is low, little communication or team work. The salon needs new plumbing and equipment badly. PLEASE!!!! Do not send you love one too this place. My sister was treated horrible they never hardly ever changed their clothes. She was always dirty. Her room was always dirty and they wouldn’t get her out of bed half the time because she needed help and they constantly ask her for money that she didn’t have. She fell out of bed ones and she was always covered in bruises, which I don’t know how she got most of those, but the whole experience was horrible..
Do not send your family to this place! My loved one was there for just over 2 months. He has Dementia and we needed somewhere quickly so this was the place we chose. He fell numerous times which seemed to have worsened his condition. Towards the end of his time there they sent him to the hospital because they thought he fractured his arm because it swelled up like a balloon. No one could give an explanation as to what happened.
