I just don’t know where to start. I was hired as a contractor in the salon. There are a few department heads who are awesome just to point that out first. I enjoy working with seniors and have for 10 years caring for them. It’s in my opinion, the staff morale is low, little communication or team work. The salon needs new plumbing and equipment badly. PLEASE!!!! Do not send you love one too this place. My sister was treated horrible they never hardly ever changed their clothes. She was always dirty. Her room was always dirty and they wouldn’t get her out of bed half the time because she needed help and they constantly ask her for money that she didn’t have. She fell out of bed ones and she was always covered in bruises, which I don’t know how she got most of those, but the whole experience was horrible..
