Nice town houses with some units having entrance to garage and living from ground floor.
The area itself is relatively nice, and these are newly built. The townhomes are nicely built, relatively well laid out, and are subjectively affordable. My only recommendation is that if you happen to like the area and the homes, please make sure to pick up a security system. Mine was broken into with the first month of living there, and I lost several high dollar items as a result (they broke in off the back balcony through a locked window that they broke the lock on).
