The worst management we have ever seen. Our move in was a nightmare. After signing the lease, they changed our move in date and the apartment address multiple times. Worst of all, on moving day, we loaded the truck and came here from a different state, and then they told us 'your apartment is not ready, you can't move in today'. How ridiculous! We moved in on October 1st and have now been here for 23 days. Upon move-in, there were multiple MINOR maintenance issues but i would say that they were rectified in a timely manner. It was a major INCONVENIENCE because it was over a span of multiple days, entering the unit. MAJOR ISSUES: -we decided to use the FIREPLACE and it started SMOKING. The damper was open, however, as you can see from the photos, the damper opening is FILTHY and thick with gunk, which may be the reason that smoke was backing up into the apartment. I... read more
Very poor maintenance. Takes over 2weeks to get response
Very disappointing experience. We had a tour scheduled for 1:45 PM and arrived only 3 minutes late (I called to let them know I would be 10min late max and they said it was fine, apparently they have an AI service that provides false information/responses), but the leasing agent refused to show us the unit even though we were already inside the leasing office.
