I have lived in this community long enough to notice consistent patterns, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. The location is one of the biggest positives. It’s conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful lake, which makes the area enjoyable. However, the management and overall resident experience leave a lot to be desired. Never live here so I have to give one star. What’s the cost for 2bedroom and Utilities included?
I really enjoyed my tour at The Views at Laurel Lakes. The experience was informative, welcoming, and gave me a much better sense of the community and available options. I’m still shopping around and deciding what home feels like the best fit for me, but I truly appreciated the time, professionalism, and helpful information provided during the tour. I wish there were more floor plans with wood flooring.
The worst management we have ever seen. Our move in was a nightmare. After signing the lease, they changed our move in date and the apartment address multiple times. Worst of all, on moving day, we loaded the truck and came here from a different state, and then they told us 'your apartment is not ready, you can't move in today'. How ridiculous! No one even thought of calling us, and letting us know? We spent a few hours on the street with a baby, and then they started cleaning the apartment. They finally gave us a different ... read more
