Most recently, my lease was changed to a month-to-month arrangement and additional money was charged without my receiving a renewal notice, signing a new agreement, or being provided documentation explaining the change. Unfortunately, my experience at The Views at Laurel Lakes has not been what I expected.One of my biggest frustrations has been communication and accessibility of management. Before moving in, communication was consistent and responsive. Once I became a resident, the experience changed significantly. From viewing the property to move in day everything was seamless and pleasurable. I’ve only been here for two days but it appears to be an amazing place to live, friendly neighbors and peace and quiet.
I have lived in this community long enough to notice consistent patterns, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. The location is one of the biggest positives. It’s conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful lake, which makes the area enjoyable. However, the management and overall resident experience leave a lot to be desired.
