You will always encounter issues over the course of months when living in an apartment community, but the staff actually cares about resolving these issues in my experience. You'll probably have fewer headaches with this property manager than most others.
Teens are back smoking weed in the building management does nothing 1/29/2025 So the office only wants the residents to come to the office by appointment only? What if there's an emergency? Call to make an appt and hope nothing happens? On a sidenote I recall this property being smoke free yet consistently reported to the office teenagers who should be in school are smoking Marijuana in the staircase! 8 times in 3 months this has been reported. They do NOT live in this building! This is a safety issue. I'm pregnant and have ... read more

I’ve called the leasing office several times and left messages with no return calls. I am no longer interested in touring the property or moving to the Views at Laurel Lakes if the office cannot return my phone calls or never answer the phone that is a red flag for me.
