yohh livid is an understatement. you will read this and ignore but lease, and see for your self - premium disrespect even property manager is unkind. so now tell me who will fix your issues? having adminstrative support mattters - hence, please spend your coins elsewhere and enjoy a blissful rental experience. ohh and the faucets have rust - black material ... never seen one until now
I have not been here long, but my initial impressions were not the best (although certain matters were rectified). 1. Convenience: You are paying for convenience (e.g., proximity to the town center, restaurants, local parks/tracks, smart locks/smart home features, and Amazon lockers) not a renovated apartment. 2. Apartment Condition: It is older (peeling tubs/showers, popcorn ceilings, a dusty Verizon fixed to the floor of one room, etc.), and my apartment wasn’t 100% ready. Maria is possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I do not know what is making her so upset and nasty but i hope she gets a therapist and fixes it.
