We moved in on October 1st and have now been here for 23 days. Upon move-in, there were multiple MINOR maintenance issues but i would say that they were rectified in a timely manner. It was a major INCONVENIENCE because it was over a span of multiple days, entering the unit. MAJOR ISSUES: -we decided to use the FIREPLACE and it started SMOKING. Moved here on June, when I did my application and toured the property I was never told the parking situation is SO difficult, it's only me in the lease reason why I get only ONE parking pass, my sisters and friend came to visit and both cars got towed, the office NEVER explained I have to get a temporary pass every time that's only valid for three days, and then said that if the office is closed and I can't get it the temporary permit I have to go find parking somewhere in the street which is INSANE paying so much for rent a... read more

yohh livid is an understatement. you will read this and ignore but lease, and see for your self - premium disrespect even property manager is unkind. so now tell me who will fix your issues? having adminstrative support mattters - hence, please spend your coins elsewhere and enjoy a blissful rental experience. ohh and the faucets have rust - black material ... never seen one until now
