My experiences with the staff and dentists have been good, and I haven't had a bad experience going in for an appointment, but after getting a deep cleaning I was hit with an over $500 charge out of nowhere. I was told the insurance had denied the claim, but I don't remember being given indication this wouldn't be covered by my insurance and the amounts given don't match up with any claim I see on Aetna, approved or denied. Dr. Phaffenberger's front office manager lies about prices and discounts. Office does not honor commitments. Don't go here, and know they take down Google reviews that have a low rating. I'm going to make sure I keep putting my review back up.
Dr. Phaffenberger is good, but the office manager is the worst. She has questionable scruples when it comes to honoring Aetna negotiated rates, per my plan. Her attitude and customer service skills are deplorable. I won't go back here because of her. Dr. Phaffenberger - you need to fire her.
Watch out. Good chance they’ll try to upsell you on unnecessary deep cleaning. Very questionable billing practices. Won’t be back.
I have been going here for years. Dr. Pfaffenberger is awesome!
