We used this company once to send our car and other items to Cameroon. We had numerous problems in getting our belongings in Cameroon from his associate who kept requesting more money from us to get our items from him. We had to involve police in this matter and only 4 month later police was able to get some (but not all) the items that we sent. At that time we also discovered that he initially overcharged us for the custom fees. Terrible experience.
