Honestly really disappointed. I called ahead and was told I could come in to get my nails done, but when I got there they just canceled on me. No real explanation, no apology, nothing. Completely wasted my time and gas. What’s even more frustrating is I gave them a chance because my friend went there and said the nails were kind of mid, but figured for the price it might be worth it. Clearly not. If you don’t respect people’s time, just say that. Won’t be coming back.
terrible. i called to make an appointment, she said i can walk in, i told her it takes me 15 min to get there and then it actually took me 20 cuz rush hour traffic when i walked in she said i took someone else it took u 5 more minutes.. are u kidding me.. why would u tell me i can walk in and not make me an appointment then? literal worst service ever. and i saw someone leaving her nails looked mid. wouldn’t go here where they don’t value u or ur time.
I thought they did an overall okay job, but the pricing left a bad impression. There’s no clear price list, and I was surprised by multiple add-on charges that weren’t explained upfront. I was charged $75 for a gel fill: $60 for the fill itself, $5 just to cut/shape my nails (which stayed the same shape), and another $10 that wasn’t clearly explained.
