The people that did the work were very efficient and did a great job minimizing the mess. While our roof is not large, they were able to complete the replacement within a day. The replacement of the gutters took a little longer than expected, but there were some weather delays. The only concern was that the communications with the folks doing the gutter work could have been better. Other than that, the work was great. I would recommend Mayland's Best Remodeling for anyone who needs roof or gutter work.
Mike was great about coming out to the house to determine the scope of work to provide us with a quote. The only problem was that he never actually delivered on providing me a quote. After following up multiple times I was left on read and am forced to find another company to provide moulding work and painting. I was definitely hopeful to work with this company but I refuse to beg someone to let me pay them to work.
Maryland's Best Remodeling replaced our roof after many years of dealing with a shotty install job from the builder. The process was as expected. Maryland's Best offered the best materials for the best price. We found when looking for a new roof, each contractor had a product they worked with so it was a lot of comparing those items and finding an installer to trust. The product Maryland's Best sells is truly a phenomenal roofing product. They stood behind the quality of their installation so we are happy with the outcome.
Roof replacement was completed in a very timely and thoughtful manner. Even my neighbors were impressed. Good job. I will gladly recommend their services and will keep them in mind for other projects.
