First, Dr. Huzella is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Secondly, the staff at the office are wonderful. My primary frustration is the poor communication service. You cannot reach the office directly. You go through a call center. The individuals who answer at the call center are polite and responsive and try to help, but they struggle to reach the actual office as well.
