I had Krystal as a technician today. She was very professional and patient at her job. I thank her. I also had Dr. Huzella and scribe Kimmy that did a great job.
Very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable staff and doctors. A big shout out to Dr. Ramphal in Hagerstown and especially to Dr. Huzella in Frederick for being extremely responsive and helpful in dealing with my vision problems.
On time, thorough exam, pleasant staff, Dr. Holland is always cheerful and explains the procedures and results. I’ve been seeing him annually since moving to Maryland 5 years ago.
Dr Hussain made me feel comfortable and relaxed, I had a bad experience with my eye and was quite concerned and nervous about it, Dr Hussain was so nice and generally cared about my concerns Actually the whole staff at Maryland Vision Institute in Frederick, Maryland are kind, and made me feel like an individual, all are so friendly. My concerns were eased as Dr Hussain performed a lengthy examination of both my eyes, he has me coming back in a month, to see if anything has changed, which in my case, makes me feel better. We changed to this practice after our long time doctor retired. He recommended this practice and we are very happy with it. Staff are friendly, helpful and caring.
