I've been seeing Dr. Haroun for so long but at his Baltimore office. He is AMAZING. Not only does he listen to all your concerns, he makes referrals and is so thorough with exams. He makes great referrals to different doctors should he feels the need to get other doctors involved in my plan of care and he always follows up. I trust ALL of the other providers as well and don't hesitate to book an appointment with the if he isn't available. They also know exactly what they are doing. First surgery of my life and it went better than I could imagine. Drs. Haroun and Gagern, both were professional and patience. They answered every question, and I had many, as this was my first ever surgery. The talked to me on a level where I understood all that was being shared about my surgery. The day of my surgery, Drs. I saw the doctor in Columbia office and not only did he not do a thing for me with less than a 2 minute review of my MRI but his office double billed me six months later threatening to send to collections for non payment after never any prior delinquent notice. I pay my bills as I know I paid this one but the only time I didn’t save my receipt into a new year they come out of the blue with this crap. BEWARE FOLKS! SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS!
Let me first say I don’t normally post reviews unless it’s outstanding or just poor service. The doctor is awesome but when it comes to speaking with Cheryl dealing with a bill the customer service expectation was poor needless to say her attitude is down right nasty. I hold two medical insurance carriers one is Fed BCBS and secondary TRICARE Prime which is supposed to follow primary insurance rules.
