Everyone was amazing. I am so anxious about dental procedures and the entire staff treated me with care, compassion and patience. I will definitely go back for my next procedure.
My daughter is 6 and struggles with anxiety and was very nervous, so when she had to be sedated to get some fillings and an extraction, it was a very big deal for her and to her. The entire staff was so empathetic, kind, and patient with her and put her at ease which put my mama heart at ease! God forbid she ever needs any more dental work, I have no hesitation or worries since I know we'll be sent to this office again! Thank you everybody for making such a tough day for my little girl so much better!
My son had major dental surgery, and they were incredibly comforting and kind, not only to me but to my son as well. My 4 year old daughter had to undergo some dental work and our dentist used Maryland Sedation Dentistry and Surgical Center. The entire process was flawless from start to finish. The lady at the front desk was so nice, I believe her name was Molly and made sure to provide periodic updated on how things were going. I've been waiting for a surgery center like this to open in Frederick. It's been hard to find a dentist who can do sedation dentistry in this area for work besides oral surgery. I've been putting off needed dental work fillings, crowns, cleanings for years because of my fear. Now I have an option. Thank you Thank you thank you
