Happy Renter I have lived in property managed by Maryland Residential for almost two years and it has been a pleasant experience. They helped us find a place close to work, and encouraged negotiating on the rental price which impressed me. They are not always the advocate for the owner but stand up for the renter. They tell owners what repairs have to be made and they are made in a timely manner. I saw the one bad review and felt it important to let you know these are honorable people.
THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST STAY AWAY AND BEWARE! These people suck! My husband is in the Military and was not able to move into the property. These people took our deposit and said we can't get it back because we were approved for the condo. But we did not sign a got damn lease! Beware of these people. I advise anyone not to do business with them. I should of known they were not reputable when I saw they had an AOL email address. A good source for renters and property owners We worked with Maryland Residential when we were looking to rent a house in the Bowie area. They were very professional and went out of the way to find a place where we could take our large dog. As property managers, they did credit and reference checks, collected our security deposits and made sure we paid our rent on time. My only complaint is they didn't always choose the best people to make home repairs.
