Zero or negative stars. Suresh Narayan (remember the name) is a fraud. Gladwin D’Costa is his partner in crime. Suresh worked with us when we bought our 1st home in 2017. So when we decided to buy our secondhouse in 2021 Suresh was our 1st choice. Unfortunately, he misled us to charge us more money based on falseinformation. Initially he told us he charges higher amounts for re-sale homes because he has to do more paperwork. For New homes he would split the commission 50% because he doesn’t have to do much. I was supposed to meet up with an REO realtor for a foreclosed property under HUD. However, the realtor never showed, so I called the main office. I was told that there was no way a realtor could request an appointment because the property was already under contract. I tried to explain that the website still has it listed as available and the name of the realtor who was supposed to show it to me, but they immediately hanged up the phone on me. Completely rude and unprofessional

Unprofessional and unresponsive. Rude to customers and fellow realtors. It's probably time to retire because once you start being rude for no reason, it's time to rethink the current situation.
