Ihave been to many dentist in my life, my children, my wife and myself. I have never been to a detist with his level of knowledge, expertise, professinalism and skill. Dr. Sinada is the BEST destist, but more over he is personable and I going to say has a solution for your dental needs. This guy is just down right awesome! He should be featured in Time magazine he is so great!
As for Dr. Sinada, he is absolutely wonderful...however, front end staff...not so much. After finding out that I was going to need a full dental implant procedure, I asked to speak DIRECTLY with Dr. Sinada to discuss the payment (from the Baltimore office). This was over a month ago, and have not heard anything. I have sent more requests, and have NOT heard back. Very unprofessional office. They never answer the phone and when they do their staff is rude especially Valerie. I scheduled an appointment over a month and an half ago for procedure after calling everyday hoping someone answers, I had to call the Columbia location to even schedule. The office texted me 2 weeks before the appointment to cancel because the doctor decided to take off. I called the office and spoke with Valerie to understand why they canceled my appointment and she advised me that appointments are not guarantee... read more
"With a fractured tooth and unable to get in to my regular DDS, I got a "next day" appointment with Dr. Nadine Mirza in this office. The procedure went quickly and was actually pain free. Her manner was friendly, reassuring and I was happy that I could be accommodated so quickly and efficiently!"
First time in years getting dental work and Dr Sinada was very patient and understanding. He ben gave me a step by step walk through during my procedure. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
