Erin Yates, CRNP, was absolutely wonderful during my visit. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel comfortable and heard throughout the appointment. Her professionalism, patience, and compassionate care truly stood out. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring provider.

I have been a patient for several decades, and feel it necessary to warn others that this practice is not what it used to be. My doctor for all of these years retired this past December. I have been taking cholesterol medicine for years, with no issue getting refills. I've also kept my annual appointments without fail. But my recent refill request was denied, stating I MUST make an appointment - even though I'm not due until later this year. The staff is always so friendly at check in and check out......never had a bad experience here and Dr Pobletti is great.....I've seen a few CRNPs here and never had a bad experience, so they have a really good team.
I went there years ago. I remember the person who took my blood pressure, weight, etc. was very unprofessional, irritable, and rude. She responded defensively to what I thought was a normal comment (she asked what pharmacy I used and I said that my visit did not require a pharmacy). She seemed to have taken offense to this. Moreover, something told me to check her work for mistakes. When she gave me back a paper she was supposed to fill out, she missed an entire section that was necessary for a test to be done.
