The staff is always so friendly at check in and check out......never had a bad experience here and Dr Pobletti is great.....I've seen a few CRNPs here and never had a bad experience, so they have a really good team.
I went there years ago. I remember the person who took my blood pressure, weight, etc. was very unprofessional, irritable, and rude. She responded defensively to what I thought was a normal comment (she asked what pharmacy I used and I said that my visit did not require a pharmacy). She seemed to have taken offense to this. Moreover, something told me to check her work for mistakes. When she gave me back a paper she was supposed to fill out, she missed an entire section that was necessary for a test to be done.
