I have been a patient in this office for over 15 years. I called last night at 5:54 p.m. to make an appointment to address a serious medical issue and was told that a letter was mailed to me discharging me from the practice due to an outstanding balance. I was given a number for billing which was closed. Upon calling billing first thing this morning I was advised that I had a $34.00 balance and that they did not see a letter discharging me from the practice. Great doctors, great nurse practioners, great staff, great hours, great location.....just plain fantastic!
We have been waiting since June 10th to get bloodwork results from the NP that saw my son and in spite of multiple phone calls still haven’t received the results. Meanwhile, his issues have gone unresolved. There isn’t enough space to recount the entire experience. I have been a patient at this practice for years. As far as you don’t have any chronic issues and you don’t expect to come down with anything life threatening then you could certainly come here for annual checkups and the common cold. Cannot get anyone to call back. Need med refill but no response. Messages to Dr ignored. Used them for 25 years yet staff makes no effort to help.
RecommendedI have gone to MD Primary care pretty much most of my life and I am one who hates doctors. Usually, they’re all about money, they make you uncomfortable, they don’t listen to you and they just all around suck. That is until I started seeing Alyson Lang, a PA in the office. She listens to her patients, she genuinely wants to help her patients feel better and get healthy!! Never even close to being seen on time. Already waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appt time and still no doctor. What is the point of having an appt? There have been times I’ve waited over a hour past my scheduled appt. This is an issue EVERY time I come here.
Terrible doctor patient experience multiple times all about the money rather then taking care of patients
Your PAs really do suck.... I have yet to see a”Doctor”. I called for an appointment to have my hands checked very stiff and sore (probably arthritis of some type) I go into the room and also say I feel like I may have an ear infection; the PA says did you tell them on the phone you had to 2 issues we aren’t scheduled for 2 issues �� only thing she did was blood work supposedly for inflammation it came back fine to her ( but on the paperwork work says need to be redrawn with proper tube....
