Terrible customer service over the phone, very rude personnel dealing with patients. Will not be back!
Just transferred to this group since my long time Dr moved over a hour away. Dr Vokler and the staff are amazing. No issues getting an appointment or being seen. Truly an easy and great experience. Will be going back and transferred both my kids there as well.
I’ve been coming to this practice for four years now. Dr. Adler is so patient and really listens to all my concerns. I never feel rushed and feel that we are working in tandem when it comes to my health.
3.3 stars is reflective and should be lower based on how they do business. Started off good but as a greedy health institution they continue taking customers without increasing infrastructure to support the demand. When I first started coming here would be easy to be seen, now they schedule appointments cancel them. Make you wait over an hour on the phone only to hang up on you. Absolute worst customer experience- avoid at all costs
ALARMING! I spent 2 hours 33 minutes trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Howard P Levy as a new patient. Transferred multiple times from both Hanover locations. Clearly the staff does not have the ability to provide customer service, actively listen and demonstrate the basic level of business acumen - especially as a healthcare facility/provider.
