Ihad to switch providers because minr is no longer available. I went with this company and they took three weeks to Deni my medication that I have been on for 15 years for severe back pain. I am already at the lowest allowed and Iam 55 yrs old and getting no younger. On top of I had to keep calling to find out if Iam approved or denied.They had the nerve to tell my wife that we must not need insurance if Iam willing to pay cash for my script. I was denied coverage for a complex procedure that was causing me recurring abscesses in my face due to gums being infected surrounding a zygomatic/cheekbone implant. I was hospitalized five times for this over the last six months. There are no oral surgeons with the training or equipment within Maryland that can perform this procedure other than one I found after 5 months of searching.
