Dr. Ramos is such a gem. We had our first interaction with him and immediately felt how caring and compassionate he is. Very calm and very gentle. After a long time, we felt truly cared for. He gave us so many practical tips for our infant, never fear mongering but instead working with us to make sure our child gets the best care. Because we come from an ethnic background, we especially appreciate how he is able to relate to our culture and advise us appropriately - something that means a lot to us as parents.
