I want to start with saying how amazing Maryland Park Apartments are and all the lovely ladies in the office!! If I could give more stars I would because they deserve it!! This place is the best small oasis and cleanest place I have seen in Vegas while on my search. I moved in last week and there were a few issues at my place. The staff instantly jumped on the issues and fixed them 100% and the right way!! No just masking the problem but actually fixing its entirety. That’s rare now a days and that shows the really care. They are kept pretty nice.Management doesn't clean the air filters..maybe just once a year in my daughter's apartment.Sliding window needs new slides.Pool in the summer time is always dirty.Sink leaks.A shooting within the last 2 weeks.
