The absolute worst doctor I have ever seen in my life! Between him and the so called doctor he had just hired, I left Choice Pain and found another pain mgmt clinic. I would NOT recommend this doctor to my enemy!

I have seen Dr Levin every 28 days since December 2016. He is a very kind and courteous doctor who not only inquires about your health but your life. He is very professional yet friendly. He treats his patients like humans and not a number. He is upfront and to the point but in a compassionate way. I trust Dr. Levin with my care and treatment. You could t ask for a better staff and atmosphere.
I have been with another pain management doctor for 2 years. Had my first appointment with Dr. Levin today. Already know more about why I am having some of the pain I am having and also have a game plan for moving forward. I cannot believe that I was fortunate enough to have found not only a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor but one that also treat's you as a person and not a number. I highly recommend him.
I was referred to Dr. Levin by my primary care physician years ago. That was a major turning point for me. Dr. Levin tried several courses of treatments to determine what worked best to alleviate my chronic pain. He settled on my current treatment and I couldn't be happier. I can now do things that were a burden to do before. Dr. Levin is very intelligent and very good at his specialty. He also incorporates a kindness and understanding of what his patients deal with. I highly recommend him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Shockley's for several years. His caring demeanor and honesty make me feel comfortable and confident in his ability. He is the only doctor I've been treated by who gave me an accurate and swift diagnosis. I will continue recommend Dr. Shockley to any I meet who are in pain.
I have been being treated by Dr. Shockley for almost 10 years now and I can honestly say he is very straightforward and honest and caring about his patients. You can talk to him very easily about your health problems and he will not sugarcoat anything! He's a very honest trustworthy and caring doctor.
