In 2013 went to their Silver Spring, MD office. The Dr. was good and had good results. But no one would talk to me about the insuracne contracted rate and my portion to be billed. I asked twice and both times was told the policy is to wait until the insurance sent the EOB after the service is provided. They charged me as slef pay VS the insurance contracted rate, which is illeagal. I had to work with the insurance co., asked them to send a certified letter and then I got a PARTIAL refund. Horrible Experience – My experience with Dr. Stark in Rockville last year was the 2nd worst experience of my life only after being the victim of a violent crime. After waking up from my wisdom teeth being removed I began hyperventilating, my heart started racing and I went into a full blown panic attack.
