The staff was very kind; however do NOT see Dr. Dong (Jake) Kim, especially if you are Black, female, neurodivergent, or actually sick. He has no compassion (walked out of the room when I wasn't breathing, refused to do his job as a hematologist) and is unethical. He lied to my face by saying he reviewed medical records that he never received, a lie that is now killing me as I am in liver failure (a job for a hematologist) because of his negligence. This place is shamefully bad. First, they did an iron infusion and said they had a discount card so I wouldn’t owe anything, and then they sent me a bill for almost $1,000 - and it took multiple phone calls to get them to cancel the bill. Then I scheduled a follow up and needed to switch from their lab to Quest and the receptionist said she made the switch. Beautiful, clean facility designed to make patients secure and comfortable. The staff is excellent. They clearly put patients first and work hard and efficiently.
Never found them, never able to set up an appointment, never responded to your call. So, I have been trying to reach one of the representatives for over a month to schedule an appointment with the doctor, calling every day always ends with leave your voice mail and will call back, never call back. Finally, I called others and they helped me to find the representative of my doctor, did called back, and set an appointment.
