I experienced an issue with my insurance that resulted in me having to pay out of pocket for services. Nobody answers the phone!!!! I had an appt scheduled and needed to reschedule. I was on hold so long it disconnected. This went on for two days. Finally, I have up and scheduled with another hematology Healthcare Center.
How does one get an appt here if no one ever answers the phone?? I have been calling for two weeks straight on a consistent daily basis. Im just trying to schedule an appointment for my Mother to be seen! As a PG Native and taxpayer, its hurtful to see our healthcare system decline.
Dr. and PA are great; office staff and billing not so much.
Update- ive called the number provided below and no one answers to route me to kerrie. You can call me. Dr June always pleasant. However its impossible to get an infusion. Left voicemail. Came in person to wait after meeting Mr. Sun was giving a card to make the appt. Still no appt. Received the results on my own. Still no appts. Nice location but it means nothing if you can't service me.
