The doctors and other medical staff(PAs , NPs, infusion staff), are very good, competent, thorough, interested in you personally. The administrative staff and their organization are also very good. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I am 76, have seen a lot of doctors, and have 2 years of cancer, so there is a lot of experience behind my recommendation. UPDATE: This review was based on routine care. Apparently they have no plan for treatment problems e.g. side effects of the drugs they use, Go somewhere else

I have been very impressed so far with their kindness, understanding, and patience as I navigate this mess
Infusion went well, location is clean and accommodating. However, I requested a letter with what iron I was treated and how much and they never responded to me.
I’ve been going to this place for many years now- I followed my provider there, but then he left and I felt stuck. The providers are fine and the infusion nurses are angels, but the office itself is a complete mess. NO ONE ever answers the phones. Every single person who works at a desk there has a really nasty attitude. No one really seems to care about doing their jobs there. I don’t know why I still come here. Nothing ever changes. No improvements are ever made. They don’t understand that their staff is the problem.
