Dr Wessman and the nurses are great. The facility is run very poorly and disorganized. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. My mom waited an hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor because I was told they had no rooms available. I was also told that they have too many patients for the facility. Why take on new patients when you can't accommodate the patients you have. Very disappointing.
I called every day 4 times a day for the past 4 days they do not answer calls. Someone need to look into this place. Very sketchy
God used Dr. Koutrelakos to save my life, then he retired. Dr. Gaffar was great! Laura Hostovich is wonderful!
Good luck getting an appointment here. I was referred here by my OBGYN in my third trimester due to severe anemia and potential risks to my baby and myself. I called every single business day for 7 days to make an appointment and never received a call back. You can’t get a person on the phone, you have to leave a message and wait for a call back.
