I called every day 4 times a day for the past 4 days they do not answer calls. Someone need to look into this place. Very sketchy

Good luck getting an appointment here. I was referred here by my OBGYN in my third trimester due to severe anemia and potential risks to my baby and myself. I called every single business day for 7 days to make an appointment and never received a call back. You can’t get a person on the phone, you have to leave a message and wait for a call back. I have been visiting the facility for the past three years. Every time I interact with the doctors and medical support staff, it feels extremely impersonal. Despite being told that my medical condition is due to my genetics, they haven't provided any guidance or resources to help manage it. As a result, I have decided not to continue using their services in the future.
