It is a clean place, decorated nicely. All the staff i worked with are very professional, kind and considerate. I love that I don't have to wait. They take you right away.
Lady that gave me a shot stuck me 3 times just to be able to find my vein !
In May, I received a message in MyChart that my PCP of over two years had left the practice. I set up an appointment with another NP at the practice to be my new PCP and saw her on July 2. On July 16 I received another message in MyChart that she had also left the practice and that I would have to find a new PCP in another practice. Now I need to find my third PCP in the last three months and Maryland Medical Group couldn’t even offer me the courtesy of a phone call.
