This community complex is unbelievable. 60 percent is rented by students, the other 40 percent, professionals, retirees, couples is ignored. paying full area rent, this property has no commendations, no community center, no pool, no workout room. The grassed section that was supposed to be a picnic area is now their "Dog Park". Late November 2019, I wake up 9am no water.
