Excellent service and experience! Took 2 car keys in because the casing on one was broken and being held together with tape and the other had a dead battery. They got a new key with key fob casing made and the battery replaced in far less time and hassle than a dealership. The broken casing they also noticed was possibly fixable and quickly offered to try and fix that for us too since we were just going to toss it- so we left with 3 working keys! Great experience and awesome to have a spare too. Thanks!
Great business to deal with and I've given them my business for about 20 years here and there. I do a lot of moving around, and as such, my keys tend to get damaged. Sometimes it's bending or just wearing down from being knocked around. I've had to replace my chipped vehicle keys twice now in 4 months. Both times, I was helped until completely satisfied. Toyota locks are very finicky and require almost perfection to function properly and smoothly. I can't recommend these folks enough.
Didn't have what I needed so they stayed a bit late until they could make what I needed. Never been in there and been told they couldn't help me. Also the staff is wonderful and the prices reasonable.
I’ve been coming here for few years. They have good customer service and great product. I’ve never had a issue with any key that I gotten cut or even programmed to my car.
