I called this establishment to confirm they were open on New Year Day and the individual who answered the telephone was very disrespectful and as someone who’s been doing customer service for 10+ years the type of attitude this company has will make me never do business with them ever. Do not give these people your money!
I will never deal with this person again I walked in and asked how much was it to transfer everything into my name and to get one year tags he told me 1yr 200 and for 3yr 300 o I go and Get the tittle and come back just for him to add extra 400 dollars then tell me to show him what he wrote down and I showed him what he wrote down and still tell me he can’t do nothing and he said the person had to be here with me after I told him multiple times what he said he still charged me 350 for a 1yr tag like in order to see your cust... read more
