I arrive at the office an hour ahead of my appointment to ensure that I was on time and had ample time to complete my paperwork and ask and answer any questions. As a new patient I called the day before and explained that my doctor had referred me because she was concerned about dark spots inside my eye. DO NOT GO HERE!!! First of all, I was a new patient of this facility. I made an appointment for a routine eye exam, waited almost an hour until the staff gave me the regular, dreadful paperwork that we all expect to fill out at a first visit. Then I waited at least another 30 minutes before I was taken back by the Tech to begin the exam (1.5 hours in total just waiting for someone to acknowledge that I had an appointment).
