My first time at Maryland ENT Associates, I immediate felt welcome. The receptionist greeted me warmly and had a good sense of humor, even though it was late in the day. They called me in quicky to see the Doctor, she listened patiently while I asked questions, and broke it down for my in layman's terms. The surgery schedule was patient and thorough, answering my questions and making sure I understood the procedures. This is how you do customer service!
Dr. Nottingham was delightful, detailed, and thorough with her exam and the findings
They have a walk in clinic to clean your ears. It was wonderful & I was out in like 15 minutes. Will definitely go regularly as it was soooo easy.
It is a very good practice and Dr.Nottingham and her staff Very pleasant to deal with.
