I hadn't seen him in a few years.;.. He worked with me on my sleep apnea and single sided hearing loss. I called recently to make an appointment and was told if I wanted to keep the appointment I had ONLY TWENTY FOUR HOURS TO RESPOND and fill out some sort of online information OR THE APPOINTMENT WOULD BE CANCELED!!?
