We love Maryland ENT Associates. We arrived early and were seen promptly. The PA said the doctor would be with us in a minute, and he was there in a literal minute. Dr. Boston was patient and answered all of my questions. He was patient with my 6-year-old, who was scared about the visit. I never felt rushed. In the follow-up period, I have heard from Tisha several times, and she always responds to me quickly and does what she says she will do! Thank you all so much!!
Highly highly recommend this ENT! When we visited the walk-in clinic, we received such phenomenal "bedside manner care" that we had to tell the nurse practitioner before we left. From the greeting at the reception desk, to the politeness and interest taken by the medical assistant who patiently explained any background needed as she documented our reason for the visit; to the nurse practitioner who completed my daughter's exam, every interaction was polite, calm, patient.
