I’ve been a patient here for 15 years. While my doctor is decent, putting up with the rude and incompetent staff is no longer worth it. I used to recommend this practice to everyone. No more. Go anywhere else. The non medical staff, people who just answer the phone, are gate keeping labs. They have zero understanding of medicine and it’s outrageous that they are preventing people from getting care.
same problem with dismissive staff and doc who listens only to her own voice. She missed a key problem with underactive thyroid gland until i got out of the hospital and they sent her the report. If you’re sick, go elsewhere.
Great doctors but their patient portal and billing practices are AWFUL! Portal is outdated and disconnected from anything JH affiliated, so you have to repeat much of your medical information. The moment you receive a billing statement, you will receive a phone call, text message, and multiple emails daily until it is paid. I literally received my first bill yesterday and today have received all of the above: recorded message, 3 emails, and a text for a $38 bill. No joke. UPDATE July 9, 2024: Service has been improving so I’m upgrading the 2-star rating to a 3-star rating. UPDATE Aug. 7, 2023: They finally got back to me regarding the alternative prescription. I am upgrading the 1-star rating to a 2-star rating for now. If service continues to improve, I will reevaluate the rating again. This place is a disaster. Dr Jenkins is amazing. The staff has been very courteous and helpful. Once or twice I had keep on top of a request to get it done on time but it always got done.
