My Therapist was wonderful. She listened to what I said and asked questions, that let me know she cares enough about what I was saying. She made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk too.
Update: They have changed their billing system. The online system has improved. I have not had to talk with the billing department since that change, so I can't say if the office as a whole has improved. The rest of my review still stands. Original Review: The counselors are good. The office is poorly run. I had insurance issues for months. The billing office never answered or returned my calls.
