worst service ever I will not recommend it
RecommendedThis was by far the best experience I have had with any auto body shop. Not only is everyone in the office very helpful and respectful, but Jimmy went above and beyond and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I brought my car there with my two young kids for an estimate to get some paint damage fixed. Although they could have made money off of the job, Jimmy said the damage could probably be buffed out, did it right on the spot, and didn't even charge us!! Took my car there to get it repaired after an accident and they told me one of the problems wasn’t from my accident and they wouldn’t put it through to my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket for it. This wasn’t an issue before my accident and was clearly from my accident. I then picked my car up and they didn’t fix one of the main problems from the accident. I highly recommend Maryland Collision Center (MCC)! I hit a deer (or a deer hit me😏) and after requesting recommendations for collision repair vendors, many recommended MCC. From the receptionist to the technicians, everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It’s hard finding a company that takes pride in their work and MCC does just that. I can’t recommend them enough!
