First allow me to explain that I treat my car very well and keep it clean. I don't use it a lot. Only for local driving to the store mostly. I wear sneakers most of the time. Not work boots or abrasive footwear. After about 2 months from purchasing these new floor mats, I began to see large clumps of the floor mats, which resembled hair balls all over the car floor. Careful if you're buying anything from their ebay shop. I purchased a set of 4 mats, first they sent it to Florida, I live in WI, when the address was corrected and I finally received them they weren't even for the right car. Now they blame all of the mistakes on fed ex. Idk how fed ex would've been responsible for sending the wrong item but you can be the judge
I ordered a new mustang steering wheel from them for my 73 mustang had no issues with delivery everything looked great but the steering wheel they sent me is for a jeep not mustang I contacted them about it hopefully we can get this fixed with no issues. If we can get this fixed I’d give them 5 stars. They got it fixed with no issues and no additional payment from me. I would definitely buy more things from them
