I called the office yesterday to schedule a dr appointment with Dr. Pinotti. I asked if I should have my blood work done before I see her. The receptionist who took my call said at least a week before my appointment. She said you can do your blood work as early as tomorrow morning (fasting) because Dr. Pinotti has July 8 opening. So I said that's great if I can do them this soon. Dr. Pinotti is truly amazing - I have had symptoms for a really long time, and I finally decided to change primary care because I didn’t feel like I was being taken seriously enough. So glad I did! Just after my first visit, we had a solid plan in place to get to a diagnosis, and she made sure I felt secure in it more than anything else. 9 months later following that plan, and I finally have a diagnosis, everything makes so much more sense, and I now know how to get onto a path of recovery! Dr. Pinotti is one of the kindest and most empathetic doctors I’ve had in over 25 years at Edward Health Care. She is thorough and listens to your concerns. I deal with some health anxiety and she always reassures me and calms my fears. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. Everyone in the office is wonderful. So happy I’ve found a great primary care physician.
