Mira used to be a pretty good doctor when location was still somewhat new many years ago. I considered myself lucky coming to Toronto and being placed to her as a family doctor. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important for future patients to be aware of my experience at this clinic. First, the operating hours are very limited, and in my opinion, this has a noticeable impact on the quality and consistency of patient care. The receptionist here is highly unprofessional and extremely rude. She appears to have no understanding of customer relations and lacks basic communication skills. Her behavior towards patients is consistently mean and angry, which negatively impacts the clinic's reputation. It might be more suitable for her to pursue a different line of work.
