Maryam is the absolute best! There was a mix up in my appointment time, made by Groupon and no fault of Maryam's, and she accommodated me the same day. Which is a day she does not normally work. I did the micro needling and she walked me through each step, as it was my first time, and she was very knowledgeable and gentle. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. I will also be going back soon and can't wait!
Terrible Customer Service ,Very Disappointed I purchased a voucher as a gift for my daughter before she went to college, and it turned into a complete disappointment. The merchant rescheduled without any explanation and then ignored messages for weeks. This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift, but instead it caused nothing but frustration. When I contacted Groupon for a refund, I provided screenshots and all the communication showing that the merchant wasn’t responding. I am so glad I found Maryam - she is very knowledgeable in all things skincare. I started seeing her in February & after each visit I can tell a noticeable improvement in my skin.
