This review is based on the report from my caree and myself as an interstate carer. The caree aged 87 was admitted and kept in hospital for a few days. He reported good attention, support, comfort and courtesy of attending nurses/doctors When I called for information, the phone was always promptly answered, and the nurse on duty gave me detailed updates and recommendations on next steps.
Presented at Urgent Care on Sunday lunchtime, from entering to leaving the care I was given was exceptional, kind caring staff, Dr was lovely, I was well looked after, they do a great job.
The Nurse and doctor were amazing here. Attending to the patient was professional and good treatment was provided
Went for a procedure on 20/10, all staff were so nice and I was treated well :) sandwiches 10/10 and thanks to the guy in the waiting room for telling me a bunch of dad jokes while I was waiting to get picked up 😁
Remove the claim to urgent care from this place. My daughter waited over 6hrs for an X-ray which still never happened. Defund this waste of taxpayers money.
